Our maintenance programs are tailored to exceed client expectations. We utilize our talented foreman, experienced crew members, and pro-active management style, to offer prestigious landscape maintenance, and horticulture programs to all of our clients.

Basic Functions
Basic Landscape functions inlcude a thorough inspection of the property to include removing any trash or debris that has collected between service days. Weeds larger than 3 inches will be hand pulled, and smaller noxious weeds will be treated and removed. Dead plant material including small trees, sucker growth on the base and trunks of trees, will be removed to provide a cleaner appearance to include staking, wiring, and overall tree care. Turf will be mowed and edged, and all irrigation will be checked for leaks and breaks. Clocks will be set according to Southern Nevada Water Authority guidelines. Pruning, planting, and fertilization schedules will be adhered to, and all pet stations will be serviced according to the conditions of the contract. Rockscapes, sidewalks, driveways, and drainage areas will be blown clean of clippings, and all debris generated through maintenance funtions will be collected, and dumped off site at no additional charge to the client.
