Plants will be trimmed in a timely manner keeping the property in a neat and clean appearance. Hedge trimming or shearing will be the common practice for traditional plant material unless otherwise designated by the customer. All desert plant material will be selectively pruned as needed. Any debris caused by trimming of plant material will be removed from the site by the contractor. Plants will be granular fed as needed and determined by the contractor at no additional cost to the customer. Replacement of any dead plant material will be an additional cost to the customer. Plant prices for replacements will be provided to the customer prior to start of the contract.
