All grass will be cut to a height that allows the best growth opportunity for each season. Frequency of grass cutting will be dictated by seasonal changes and determined by the contractor. Mulch mowers will be used to cut all turf areas unless otherwise directed by the contractor or specified by the customer prior to contract signing. Grass will be fertilized a minimum of five times per year at no additional cost to the customer. Turf weeds will be chemically treated in the fall and spring of each year as determined by the contractor at no additional cost to the customer. All steps possible will be taken by the contractor to minimize turf fungus. If fungus occurs, contractor will provide chemical application to minimize fungus growth at no additional cost to the customer. Any re-seeding costs occurred will be an additional cost to the customer.
