EXECUTIVE STAFF
Alex Zahri
Founder / CEO
Alex has been in the landscape industry in Nevada for over 35 years being involved in hundreds of landscape construction projects throughout the Valley. He attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas studying Business Management and has been recognized as a Certified Water Auditor by the Irrigation Association. He has been a Nevada State Contractor for 18 years and is fluent in multiple languages.
Jay Stauss
Founder / President
Jay has been managing landscapes throughout Nevada for over 23 years and has been a Nevada State Contractor for 18 years. He has been a Certified Arborist for over 15 years in Southern Nevada specializing in tree diseases, insect infestations, healthy pruning practices, and tree pallet recommendations. Jay is also a Principal Pesticide Licensed Applicator and is experienced and knowledgeable in ornamental horticulture herbicide practices. He also has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Arizona and is fluent in Spanish.
MANAGEMENT STAFF
Tia Atkinson
Accounting Manager
Tia has 25 years of accounting experience in the landscape and construction industries. She is responsible for all aspects of our accounting department including AR, AP, billing and payroll.
In her spare time, Tia enjoys the company of her lovely family and spends as much time as she can with her adorable grandchildren. From time to time you can catch Tia indulging in her favorite food Sushi.
Jeannette Quinones
Director of Administration
Jeannette is in charge of all of our Customer Service Responsibilities and Office Operations. She has over 14 years’ experience in the Customer Service industry and is bilingual in Spanish and English. Jeannette works with our diverse client base to monitor all service requests, submits reports, and of course provides superior customer service.
Austin Ray
Supervisor
Austin has been in the landscaping industry for almost 11 years. He is an intelligent and sophisticated individual with drive and heart. He goes above and beyond for his clients and as well as for his crew. Austin monitors and educates his team in regards to any changes and or issues they may encounter. He is a willful team leader.
Moises Elizande
Supervisor
Moises has been with Classic Landscapes for several years. He is beyond humble and has amazing work ethic. He is very involved with his crews and with his lovely family. Moises manages our Lake Las Vegas portfolio and construction services. He is very knowledgeable about irrigation and all types of landscape maintenance services.
David Nieto
Fleet Manager
David is the mechanic at Classic Landscapes. David has been in the automotive field for 15 plus years. He always goes above and beyond in his job role and pays very close attention to detail.
